A suggested itinerary for Nelson
Arrive in Nelson - either by air, coach or self drive. The crew from your yacht will meet you at the airport. Set a course for Boulder Bank, one of the many local natural phenomenon. Dine under the stars and plan the next day's activities.
Fishing for dinner could be on the agenda. Anchor only metres from the bushclad shore off tranquil D'Urville Island. Try your hand at waterskiing or windsurfing.
Set off towards Abel Tasman National Park. The energetic could try one of two world famous walks, the Abel Tasman National Park Coastal Track or the Heaphy Track.
Visit Pupu Springs - the water of these famous springs are the clearest fresh waters in the world. After lunch, cruise to the Tonga Island Marine Reserve and get up close and personal with friendly seals and dolphins.
